Some movies and web series, like the bittersweet events of life that change the way we live, also have an effect that changes the way we think and understand. I consider films a blessing that give new perspectives to our thinking. We are the luckiest human race to breathe in an age where the fountains of knowledge are available at the touch of a finger. Sitting at home, we travel to new worlds and become acquainted with such concepts, otherwise it may not be the job of third world dwellers like us to clothe them with imagination.
Time travel, wormholes, and the theory of relativity are my favorite topics in science fiction. For a while, I was fascinated by an amazing movie like Interstellar. Even after watching this movie twice, I spent many days browsing the internet for more information on these topics so that I could enjoy my sense of insight.
Some of these feelings are aroused after watching the German web series Dark. Just completed two seasons yesterday and still the mind is stuck in the maze of this series.
This series has become my second favorite series after Breaking Bad with excellent cast, flawless script and amazing story.
Darkness is not just a fiction, it is a living dialogue that, if understood correctly, can change the way we live. I claim that if you watch this series, you will begin to feel the reality of life in a new and better way
Dark is a beautiful story about time travel, with no single scene, no single character, no single dialogue is extra. The director will surprise you in each episode. Your brain will need a lot of energy to understand the confusions of the series, so avoid looking at an empty stomach because in some places you will press the pause button and force your brain to see what is happening.
Many of the dialogues in the series have the status of golden sayings but I will end my post with a simple but deep dialogue.
